When you are feeling alone, the problems of life and then come to meet, the various difficulties of life suddenly haunt, when problems come and suffocate the heart, including the confusion of who the companion of life is, then it is certain that the heart and soul are not compromised, when in these circumstances, beg god for mercy and leave behind thoughts that do not please the heart that we actually designed ourselves.
Actually, everyone always has an obligation. Be aware if it turns out that the obligations we have to do are more than the time we have. God did not create man in vain. So is our current state of affairs. Allah making us Muslims is not a random thing. God deliberately chose us to enforce His din. Our task now is to find the best practice to compete with other people, and then show the practice that is in front of Allah in yaumul hisab later. Whatever practice we feel capable, then do it. Small examples, arranging slippers in a mosque, memorizing, almsgiving, archery, riding, those will all be the best charity if we have good potential as well. Khalid bin Walid his best charity with the will of the sword. Abdurrahman bin Auf his best charity with money. It is not necessarily that Khalid bin Walid if given money can do the best practice like Abdurrahman bin Auf did. Likewise, Abdurrahman bin Auf, if given a sword, will not necessarily be able to do the best practice like Khalid bin Walid.
Practice accompanied by sincere intentions will also be the best practice. A person with an infak of one thousand rupiah can beat a person with an infak of hundreds of millions of rupiah. why? God’s view is certainly different from man’s. God gives the person who is infaked with great reward because that person has inflicted all the treasures owned by God. Meanwhile, people who infak up to hundreds of millions of rupiah only spend a little of the property they have. It turns out that even the slightest amount of money can’t close the door to kindness for almsgiving.
However, we must make the pleasure given by Allah Ta’ala 24 hours just to worship Him. Don’t miss a second or a breath to not include the intention of what we’re doing. Worship that is done without intention then turns into sin, habit (custom) that is done without intention then the result is 0 (no sin and no reward), but if a daily habit plus intention alone will be worth worshiping on the side of Allah Ta’ala. For example, eating with the intention to be strong in memorizing the Koran will be different from eating without any intention.
Keep in mind, that we are the chosen ones of Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala (and not random) as believers and given the opportunity to enter His heaven. So it would be nice if we tried our best to do the best charity in order to get the best heaven too. In order to achieve His highest Jannah, let’s seek charity even more vigorously.
