أَبِي شَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّه أَنْ نُنْزِلَ النَّاسَ مَنَازِلَهُمْ
That is to say: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم commanded us to give treatment, association, manners according to the position of the person.
Introduction
The Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم is the best makhluq of His creation that God bestows upon us mankind, then it becomes a fortune for man who is willing to follow the guidance brought by him. So in a verse it is called kan:
ولم يكن الهدى لولا ظهوره
That is to say: there is no appearance of a hidayah except for its presence.
Indeed, he deserves such high flattery and it is not an exaggeration to praise him with praises such as the above verses.
Every human being will and has painted their own history, some write in red ink, some write in black ink, and some paint in gold ink. Then the best man is to have a good historical record and can be an example of a lesson for man after his absence, as a proverb "Dead elephants leave tusks, Dead tigers leave stripes, Dead people leave names."
Let us see a noble man who has painted his history in gold ink that no one can match before and after. A figure who has a very complete historical record and is the most complete on the face of the earth. He is Sayyidul Anbiya' wal Mursalin Sayyidina Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم. His drops of blood and sweat became witnesses who would speak before God someday of majesty and exemplary in all aspects of his life.
In his life he has made great joy for the sake of joy, victory after victory, in carrying out proselytizing to deliver the great treatise he carried. Of course, in achieving that success he had a variety of tactics and strategies that certainly came from God, how he chose his cadres, how he conducted warfare, and how he continued this treatise with tabligh. All of these are the best ways and we should look for wisdom. In this case, the author will explore the wisdom and ways of Rasulllahصلى الله عليه وسلم choosing cadres who are superior and competent in their respective fields so that they can achieve victory and success in preaching. May this effort be a proof of our love for the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم so that we may become intercessors, and can drink from the lake of Al-kautsar. Aamiin ya rabbal 'alamiin.
Sending ambassadors to teach Islam and requesting asylum to King Habasyah
- Sending proselytizing ambassadors to Medina
Mushab bin Umair
Islamic proselytizing has evolved into a wider proselytizing, by the year 11 prophetic 6 people from Medina who were from the Khazraj tribe had converted to Islam and they were the first people from ahlul Medina to convert to Islam. Then they promised the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم to spread Islam to the people of medina. In the 12th prophetic hajj season precisely in 621 AD in June they came with 7 additional people and 5 of them so that their number was 12. These 12 men will follow the baiat of Aqabah I with the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم and the companions in Makkah. When they finished the process and they were about to return to Medina, the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم sent a Companion who would become a proselytizing ambassador who would spread Islam in Medina. He is named Mush'ab Bin Umair, let us both see the prowess of this great friend.
Mushab bin Umair or Mushab Al khair is how the nickname was given to him. The Makkah youth who was most spoiled by his parents, lived in the luxuries and jewels of the world, and became the most beautiful person among the youth of Makkah. When Islam entered the recesses of his heart he was willing to let go of the various glitters of the world he had been wearing all these years, even one day he passed in front of the companions in clothes that made the companions shed tears because they could not imagine the firmness of his faith willing to sacrifice his world life.
When the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم sent him to Medina to call on his inhabitants to convert to Islam, a religion full of truth, and teach those who had made up for the First Bai'at Aqabah. His success in carrying out the mission that the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم gave proves that he did not choose the wrong people. He proved by successfully indicting Islam to the leaders of the people there, namely, Usaid Bin Hudhair, Sa'adz Bin Muadz, and Sa'd Bin Ubadah. This worked because Mush'ab used the method of mediating with soft words and the recitation of kalamullah that could knock on the door of the infidel's heart.
B. Requesting asylum to King Habasyah
By then islamic proselytizing had begun to be prosecuted to the wider environment in Makkah. The more massive the proselytizing that is echoed, the stronger the hatred expressed by the jahiliyyah infidels in Makkah. Torments and insults were thrown at people who were weak and had converted to Islam. The earth of Makkah feels narrow for those who are the object of torture, which is why Muslims think about finding a solution to this problem, because if they do not find a way out, over time the Muslims will disappear from the face of the earth. The Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم knew there was a nasrani king who would not be zhalim against anything that was part of his rule and for those who were seeking refuge or asylum his name was Ashhamah An-Najasyi. So a design was made to sneak into the port so that their steps would not be smelled by the infidels of Quraysh. They also managed to depart from the port of Syaibah.
This hijra group was led by Uthman Bin Affan. It contains people who have embraced Islam from among men and women, including Ja'far Bin Abu Talib who is the spokesperson for muslims. This is what we are discussing this time, let's take a look at the figure of this noble friend.
Ja'far Bin Abu Talib was a noble friend who was given the nickname Dzul janahain (owner of 2 wings), he earned the nickname because of his enormous role in the Mu'tah war against 200,000 Roman soldiers. He was mandated by the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم to be the third pennant-holding relay when the commanding commander died. So, when it was his turn to be the holder of the pennant he was surrounded by roman troops, so that his right hand was slashed which was holding the pennant, when he was slashed by his right hand, the left hand immediately greeted the pennant that was almost fallen. His left hand could not escape the slash of the sword, so to maintain his pennant he caught the pennant with the rest of the hand. It was there that he found his martyrdom with both severed hands, which is why he was given the nickname Dzul janahain.
This noble friend not only became a star in the Mu'tah war, but also in the early days of Islam, namely the hijra to Habasyah. He became a spokesperson for the mu'min people there. After they arrived in the Land of Habasyah and received good treatment from the King there. The Quraysh understood that if left unchecked the mu'min people would develop rapidly and would slowly be able to defeat the hegemony of Quraysh, so two Quraysh were sent as Mediators to repatriate the immigrants (muhajirin). They started mediation by bribing those closest to the king so that they would whisper to the king that the intentions of the messengers of Quraysh were good and in accordance with their customs. Start on the day of the meeting with the king and convey his intention of coming to Habasyah. It then presented various false accusations to convince the king to return the immigrants. To find out the truth, the king wanted to hear from the muhajirin's side and swing to find out the truth of the accusations thrown from the Quraysh. The muhajirins agreed to appoint Ja'far Bin Abu Talib to be the spokesperson on this occasion. He also conveyed the truth and what had been conveyed by the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم. A crushing defeat on the part of Quraysh and they failed to return the muhajjirin back to the city of Makkah. Such was he a noble friend endowed by God with the intellect of heart, reason, soul, and eloquence of tongue.
The election of 12 people as representatives for the people to indict Islam
After the baiat Aqabah II was completed and the baiat participants had learned of the consequences of baiat, the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم ordered to elect 12 persons as representatives of his people to indict islam. The Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم said: you are responsible for your people as Isa bin Maryam is responsible for the Hawariyyin while I am in charge of my people (muslims). They replied: Yes.
The election of representatives of the 12 people consisted of the Aus(3 people) and Khazraj(9 people) tribes, they were:

That is a little story that shows the thoroughness, thoroughness, and careful calculation of the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم to bring islamic proselytizing to life. This is a huge excitement because no ideology can survive from time to age other than the ideology of islam. This victory is influenced by the way of determining the proselytizing steps to be implemented as a strategy to achieve victory. The proselytizing steps carried out are of course revelations given to the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم, one of which is by choosing the right person in his field in each assignment.
This is the little effort that the author expresses as our love for the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه وسلم by studying the sirah, the author hopes that this writing can be useful for whoever Allah wills.
