Festive Eid al-Adha, Students Sensitize the Archipelago

In order to enliven the Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijriyah holiday, STIQ Isy Karima students held a GEMPAR 2 (Generasi Muda Peka Nusantara) event on June 29, 2023. The series of Eid al-Adha celebration activities, starting with the decoration of the sampangan girls’ dormitory to the qurban meat cooking competition. This activity is an annual activity that is carried out regularly in the month of Dhulhijjah every year. Apart from enlivening the Eid al-Adha holiday, this activity aims to hone the creativity of female students and their Muslim souls in going through Islamic holidays with useful activities.

One of the most anticipated activities in this event, is the cooking competition which is divided for each semester. Students are required to not only process meat but also recognize archipelago menus with their inherent culture. Hopefully this can be a provision for students in the future to become an ideal Muslimah person, and can be a way of proselytizing students in the future to the community through culture.
